We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from KUQI Jersey. If you need to return an item, here’s everything you need to know.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for most products. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags and packaging must be attached.
Personalized or customized jerseys cannot be returned unless faulty.
Items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at weiqishuai999@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions within 1-2 business days.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, please email us at weiqishuai999@gmail.com and we’ll arrange the exchange for you. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
